”Today I would want to talk not of the external policy on the whole, but of its economic component. There are many aspects on which, I believe, the Ministries, Agencies and the Government as a whole should be working more closely in partnership with the Foreign Ministry”, K. Massimov said.
Head of the Kazakh Government said that the course taken by President Nazarbayev towards Kazakhstan’s accession into the club of 50 most competitive nations of the globe, as well as the tasks set before the Government, State Holding Companies and private companies cannot be accomplished successfully “without due consideration of the global markets development”. Therefore, it’s important that the Kazakhstan Foreign Ministry be interacting closely with various Kazakhstan companies and agencies entering the global markets. The Ministry should advise on external policy priorities and educate on economic processes going on in the world.
