The loyalty oath was taken by Prime-Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Darkhan Kaletaev, Security Council Secretary Berik Imashev, Foreign Minister Marat Tazhin, Minister of Education and Science Zhanseit Tuimebayev, Minister of Industry and Trade Galym Orazbakov, Emergency Situations Minister Viktor Khrapunov and Governor of Eastern-Kazakhstan Oblast Zhanybek Karibzhanov.
“The time of knowing and able technocrats has come, and I would like you to meet the requirements”, President said addressing the political state servants. “Now we need to master new technologies of management”.
According to President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the forthcoming administrative reform in the country will change the course of their work. “I hope that you will fulfill the tasks you are given for the good of our Motherland and the people of Kazakhstan”, N. Nazarbayev said. “You are assuming office in a very important period when we are targeting to goal of joining the club of the world’s top 50 competitive nations”.
