According to the Minister, ensuring greater cost-effectiveness should be the first vector of work, with financing of the sector being exclusively result-oriented. The second vector shall be creation of a smoothly functioning and continuously developing system of culture-related public services.
Infrastructure facilities of the sector will be brought in compliance with globally accepted standards. Upholding of the state official language will be the third vector. To accomplish respective tasks, the Ministry will elaborate proposals on staged implementation of the Language Trinity Project.
The fourth vector to be followed by the Ministry will be modernization of state-run media outlets. And the fifth vector shall be maintenance of internal political stability and further cooperation with institutes of civil society.
”We plan to maintain dialogue with NGOs, first of all within the frameworks of the Civil Forum”, E. Ertysbayev stressed.
