Today Kazakh Prime-Minister Karim Massimov has held extended and restricted-attendance talks with his Russian counterpart Mikhail Fradkov in the Government House of the Russian Federation.

According to K. Massimov, new approaches to budget-planning should be introduced stagedly. Pilot projects will be launched in the Ministries of Economy and Budget Planning, Finance, Justice, Healthcare, and Education and Science.
