Turkmenistan President Meeting Kazakhstan PM in Ashgabad
Turkmenistan President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov met Kazakhstan Prime Minister Karim Massimov who has come on an official visit to Ashgabad.
Turkmenistan President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov met Kazakhstan Prime Minister Karim Massimov who has come on an official visit to Ashgabad.
Their behind-the-closed-door meeting was held in the Presidential Palace. Then followed a briefing for the media.
As was announced earlier, K. Massimov has scheduled to visit the grave of Saparmurad Niyazov, first President of the independent Turkmenistan, to lay flowers. Kazakh PM will also be meeting Tachberdy Tagyev, Vice Head of the Turkmen Cabinet, with both delegations participating.
The Kazakh delegation comprises Baktykozha Izmukhambetov, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources; Galym Orazbekov, Minister of Industry and Trade; Serik Akhmetov, Minister of Transport and Communications; Kairat Kelimbetov, Chair of the Bord of the Kazyna Sustainable Development Fund; and Uzakbai Karabalin, President of the KazMunaiGaz National Oil Company.Kazinform
