Kazakhstan’s Prime Minister Karim Massimov meets French Senator Aymeri MONTESQUIOU
August 14 at the Government’s House in Astana Kazakhstan’s Prime Minister Karim Massimov met French Senator Aymeri MONTESQUIOU.
The sides discussed expanding the trade-and-economic ties between Kazakhstan and France. They pointed to a vast potential to be unleashed in agriculture, veterinary services, defense and aviation industries. Notably, Eurocopter voiced interest in implementing a joint project in Kazakhstan. The French Senator reiterated the French side’s readiness to sign respective documents in the course of the planned official visit of President Nursultan Nazarbayev to Paris this coming autumn.
