Kazakhstan’s Senate ratifies Agreement on Encouragement and Reciprocal Protection of Investments between Kazakhstan and Finland
At a plenary sitting, the Kazakh Senate ratified the Agreement on encouragement and reciprocal protection of investments between Kazakhstan and Finland.
Kuandyk Bishimbayev, Vice Minister of Industry and Trade, noted that the agreement signed Jan. 9 in Astana seeks to put in place conditions to facilitate investments and develop trade-and-economic as well as scientific and technical cooperation between the two nations. The agreement sets equal safeguards for the rights of both Kazakh and Finnish investors.
