Kazakhstan’s PM Karim Massimov meets Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi in Astana
On Tuesday during the official visit to Kazakhstan, Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi met Kazakhstan’s Prime Minister Karim Massimov in Astana.
“Last time we met in Dushanbe. Today you had talks with President Nazarbayev and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan. I believe these talks will further enhance bilateral relations between the two nations”, K. Massimov said.
In his turn, Yang Jiechi noted that the meeting of the two prime ministers in Dushanbe had a great effect on both cooperation within the SCO and bilateral relations between Kazakhstan and China.
“While in Dushanbe the sides expressed their intention to take further efforts towards strengthening of the multi-faceted cooperation within the SCO”, Yang Jiechi said.
