“I bindingly confirm that the Government takes strenuous efforts to nail down economic growth”, Kazakhstan’s Prime Minister Karim Massimov said when speaking in the Majilis on adjustment of the 2008 state budget.
During May 27 governmental sitting Karim Massimov, Kazakh Prime-Minister, commissioned Akhylbek Kurishbayev, Minister of Agriculture, with reporting twice monthly on the situation in the domestic grain market, and indicated that if the market is threatened, a ban on export of flour will be introduced “at any moment”.
Funding of events intended to promote healthy lifestyle in Kazakhstan should be increased at lease 10-fold, Anatoly Dernovoy, Healthcare Minister, said at today’s government meeting.

Trade turnover between Kazakhstan and EurAsEC member-states has growth by more than 34%, Kazakh Prime-Minister Karim Massimov said at the meeting of the Intergovernmental Council in Moscow.
