Kazakhstan Prime Minister urges to work out a CIS Strategy of Food Security
Those in attendance of the Ashgabad sitting of the CIS Council of Heads of Government backed the suggestion of Kazakhstan Prime Minister Karim Massimov on working out a common strategy to ensure food safety within the CIS.
Today while in Ashgabad Kazakhstan Prime Minister Karim Massimov met his Moldavian counterpart Vasile Tarlev.
Kazakhstan Prime Minister Karim Massimov has arrived in Ashgabad, capital of Turkmenistan, to attend a CIS Council of Heads of Governments’ sitting. The agenda includes 25 issues related to a wide range of cooperation.
Construction of the Uzen (Kazakhstan) – Kazanjik (Turkmenistan) railway link has been planned for 2009, Zhenis Kasymbek, Kazakh Vice Minister of Transport, announced when presenting the sites to be concessioned in Mangystau oblast of Kazakhstan.
