To prevent the risk of accumulation pension funds’ getting affiliated with second-tier banks, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Ms. Gulzhan Karagusova suggests raising obligatory authorized capital for pension funds up to KZT 2 billion. As of today, the figure only makes up KZT 250 million.
