Sagintayev Bakytzhan Abdirovich
Sagintayev B.A. was born in October, 13, 1963 in Usharal village of Talas area of Dzhambul region.
He has graduated from Kazakh state university of S.M.Kirov, Candidate of Economics.
He began his labour activity as a teacher of the department of political economy in Alma-Aty institute of national economy.
From 1988 to 1992 he worked at Kazakh state university of S.M.Kirov, in the beginning he was an assistant and then an associate professor of the department of sociology.
From 1992 to 1998 he was engaged in business.
In 1998 he was deputy akim of Zhambyl region.
From 1999 to 2002 he worked as a vice-president of the Agency RK on support of small business, president of PLC «Fund of development of samll business», vice-president of the Agency RK on regulation of natural monopolies, protection of competition and support of small business.
From 2002 to 2004 he worked as the first vice-president of the Agency RK on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of competition.
From 2004 to 2007 - President of the Agency RK on regulation of natural monopolies.
From 2007 to 2008 he worked as the head of the Office of Prime Minister RK.
From 2008 to 2012 - akim of Pavlodar region.
In 2012 he was deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade.
He was awarded with a medal "Kurmet" and anniversary medals.
He is the author of some scientific works, publications on the theme of state regulation of natural monopolies, development of small and medium business.
He is married and has two children.
